Senior Data Analyst

Inovalon is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support operational functions across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate must be a pace setter, quick learner, with a high level of technical competencies in SQL, .Net, SSIS and any other comparable languages. Great communication and interpersonal skills is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Perform lights on operational tasks to generate rates for monthly prospective and annual HEDIS runs;
Identification and resolution of operational issues with data, process, and software as well as co-ordinating with relevant teams as necessary;
Generate Intervention Planning reports and perform Member outreach data loads for Call center operations;
Identify process areas to improve operational efficiency to improve productivity and SLA times;
Identify area for task Automation and implement them using SSIS and SQL store procedures;
SSRS reporting to track operational progress, billing etc;
Improve data quality and implementing validation scripts and procedures; and
Work closely with the development and product service manager to satisfy client deliverables.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10years experience working either in the operations or software development space;
Experience in database platforms such as SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, MySQL;
Programming Languages:
Java, C;
Application Frameworks:
Spring, Struts, Tiles or similar frameworks;
Internet Technologies:
Solr, Lucene, Hadoop MapReduce, REST, SOAP, JMeter, JSP, Servlets, JSON, XML or similar technologies;
Web & App Servers:
Apache, Tomcat;
Design Tools :
Microsoft Visio, Rational Rose;
Change Management Tools:
Git,Subversion, Rational ClearCase:
preferrable but not mandatory; and
Unit Testing Tools:
JUnit, Check or similar tools.
