Position
Summary:
Perform all aspects of customer billing support
Match service and work order tickets
Generate invoices to customers based on tickets and data in the accounting system
Send invoices to customers
Data entry of billing information
Provide customers with billing and service support

Qualifications
Summary:
Minimum three years relative billing experience
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Strong attention to detail
High School Diploma required, college degree an asset
Construction industry experience an asset
Free parking.
Casual attire.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
