The Clinical Training Development Specialist is responsible for creating and expanding the clinical content used in our comprehensive training products and deliverables. The Clinical Training Development Specialist will assist and support the translation of the Inovalon, Inc. philosophy into practice by leading the planning, implementation and evaluation of education programs and related materials to enhance the knowledge and skills of clinical and non-clinical staff. Qualified candidates will possess experience with curriculum development and clinical research, test development, as well as clinical education experience.
Design training and develop programs in accordance with CMS, coding and accreditation standards;
Develop appropriate assessments to determine the retention of the training presented;
Identify and implement best practices in training methodologies;
Assist in the delivery of training in the most cost effective and efficient manner and in accordance with company policy;
Perform on going needs assessments/post training assessment in conjunction with the Director(s) of Quality to ensure overall quality of course content;
Ensure that trainings meets the stated objectives and that participation and results are measured and evaluated;
Ensure compliance with contractual, local, state and national quality and testing standards;
Maintain oversight of the attendance and successful completion for applicable associates;
Make recommendations for process and technical changes, and document changes to custom review training materials;
Maintain open lines of communication with Director(s) of Quality and other designate as appropriate regarding on-going delivery and quality of training programs;
Provide weekly feedback to Director(s) of Quality or designates regarding the successful completion of training programs;
Maintain compliance with Inovalon policies, procedures and mission statement;
Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures; and
Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.
Current Certified Coding Credential and/or Nursing License with at least 5 years clinical experience;
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent clinical coding and training education and/or professional experience;
5-7 years experience in a clinical setting;
Experience researching, developing and creating clinically based course content and related materials;
Experience in developing formal Instructor-led training material, e-learning and web based training;
Experience with instructional design and curriculum/training material development;
Previous training experience in a clinical setting preferred;
Computer literate in Microsoft Suite software programs;
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills; and
Ability to effectively meet and manage deadlines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
