Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care or emergency setting Demonstrated excellence in nursing care and critical thinking skills Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and limited on-call duties Strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
Required Skills:
Proficient in calculating doses and administering intravenous drugs and fluids Ninja-like reflexes to handle surprise tail wags and unexpected bodily fluid encounters Skilled in obtaining and analyzing laboratory samples (blood, urine, and stool) Expertise in interpreting meows, barks, and chirps--telepathic skills are a plus! Experience in catheter placement Possesses the stamina of an athlete to keep up with lively kitties and energetic puppies Capable of monitoring patients under anesthesia (ventilator experience is a plus!) Ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment Strong time management, initiative, and task prioritization skills Job Types:
