Inovalon, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager--Prospective Advantage in Bowie, MD.
Develop and manage the product plan and backlog for a designated set of Medicare and Medicaid risk adjustment products; define the market opportunity; conduct market and competitive analysis; create and manage market/customer requirements; and create the value proposition and messaging;
Collaborate with Prospective Risk Adjustment technology, financial and analytical teams as well as cross-functional teams to execute the business/product plan and deliver on client product-specific requirements and project success;
Define the product strategy and roadmap that support business and operational needs for service delivery including business requirements (with prioritized features and corresponding business justification) and product implementation;
Define delivery of periodic product updates and enhancements ensuring that all designated projects are delivered on schedule, within allotted budget and according to written requirements. Drive idea generation and screening, conceptual development and testing of new product ideas/enhancements;
Support Business Development/Marketing and other business teams in proposal, renewal, value proposition and messaging or new business efforts as needed; and
Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all new product features and enhancements to ensure that features are designed, built and tested according to written requirements.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a closely-related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or five years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or closely-related role;
Employer will also accept a Master's degree in computer science, business administration, or a closely-related field and 2 years of experience as described above; and
All applicants must have demonstrated experience with: SDLC; Agile methodologies; project management; TFS; Rally; and the creation of wireframes or mockups for product features.
